Before the arrival of the first motorcycles in Thailand, most notably the popular step-through models such as the Honda Wave, Suzuki Crystal and Yamaha Nouvo, boy racers would likely have taken the bull by the horns. I bullshit you not, as you see in the photo (below) the humble buffalo is capable of speeds comparable to bullshit off a shovel.
In reality, the above photo was taken at buffalo racing event at Lake Mabprachan in Pattaya. There have been a couple of such events over the years, and as you’ll from these buffalo racing potos taken at one the events, it’s one of the wildest events you’re ever like to see in Pattaya. At least, if it happens again.
