I wrote the original content of this article some years ago, when Cartoon Network Amazone and Ramayana Water Park were only rumors. At that time there was much speculation about the locations of these new Pattaya water parks, and much skepticism regarding their completion. Alas, since then both water parks have opened, bringing the number of water parks in Pattaya to 4.
Which is the best water park in Pattaya
You could argue that it’s not fair to ask which is the best water park, that you could only make real comparisons between Ramayana and Cartoon Network Amazone because they are similar. You could say that Pattaya’s first water park, known simply as ‘Pattaya Park‘, lacking the features of the newer water parks is now the poor cousin. And that Splashdown, based on the popular T.V show Wipe-out, is more of an aquatic obstacle course.
But you may favor Pattaya Park because it is a fraction of the price of its feature packed cousins. You may prefer the more physically demanding challenge of Splashdown. The more spacious setting of Ramayana could sway you to choose that over Cartoon Network. Or quite possibly in your opinion the rides at Cartoon Network are more exhilarating than those at Ramayana Water Park.
