Updated March 25, 2024 By Darren C

Looking for things to do on vacation in Pattaya with kids? There are actually lots of family and child-friendly things to see and do, from simple and cheap everyday amusements and educational sightseeing trips to fun-filled adventures and once-in-a-lifetime experiences.

Family-friendly hotels: Staying at one of the popular family-friendly hotels in Pattaya, many of which have kid’s clubs and their own water amusement parks, makes keeping your kids entertained in Pattaya childs-play, so to say.

Get discounted tickets to attractions and do more things for less on vacation in Pattaya with kids.

Water Amusement Parks: Water activities such as swimming pools are always popular with children. Add a few slides and rides, like at the water parks in Pattaya, and you have a paradise for children of all ages.

Cartoon Network Amazone (now Columbia Pictures Aquaverse) features water slides and rides of varying height and intensity, from heart-stopping near vertical drops to gentle rides and slides for younger children. There’s also a wave pool, a lazy river, a dining area, and cabanas available.

Ramayana Water Park: The largest water park by area, it also boasts thrilling rides and slides, a lazy river, a party pool, and a wave pool. But with many gentler children’s rides and play areas, Ramayana might be the best water park for younger children to visit in Pattaya.

Pattaya Water Park: The oldest and most basic water amusement park in Pattaya. It features several slides, a lazy river, a kid’s pool with slides, a monorail, a roller coaster, a carousel ride, and a tower shot for the not-so-faint-hearted. While it’s basic, it’s centrally located (in Jomtien) and by far the cheapest children’s water amusement park in Pattaya.
