Temple Pigeons

Updated May 31, 2021 By Darren C

At the risk of sounding like a rather dim fellow who is not aware of his surroundings, it was a few months before I first noticed a pigeon in Pattaya, maybe I was too distracted by birds with curves. It turns out that pigeons are actually a nuisance in some areas of Pattaya though. And lo and behold, Thais may not don flat caps, but they do partake in a bit of pigeon racing. This photo (below) wasn’t taken at Trafalgar Square, it was taken at Wat Chaimongkol in South Pattaya.
