300 Up – Photo Highlights

Updated April 9, 2023 By Darren C

This was post number 301 since PattayaUnlimited.com went live on 14 May 2009. It was a time to have a look back at some of the highlights of the blog so far. From then to now, a broad spectrum of subjects have been covered on this blog, including helpful tips for first-time visitors to Pattaya, tourist attractions, Pattaya’s beaches, Thai culture, ladyboys, top events, things to do in, nightlife, Pattaya first time tips for men, and a whole lot more.

I’m not going to bore you with loads of meaningless text, this post mainly contains photos, links to some of the articles, and perhaps a brief description. I included one image which links to a Youtube video, not just because it’s a great video but because it’s me, people pay fortunes to have experiences like the one I had, mine was purely coincidence, and best of all I got paid for it.

Elephant trekking is considered to be one of the “must do activities” for tourists in Thailand, the elephant is a symbol of strength and nobility. But do you really think elephants want to carry you round all day, most animals undergo some form of training and breaking before they succumb to the will of man, in many cases elephants are put through a brutal, cruel regime called “Pajaan”, it crushes their spirit and breaks their will. Why Do Elephants Cry
