Bali Hai Viewpoint and the Pattaya Sign is undoubtedly one of the best vantage points to photograph Pattaya Bay. I must admit though that I landed at Bali Hai not by choice but by chance. I originally planned to take some photos from the Pattaya Viewing Point, with my main aim being to capture some Pattaya sunrise and night time photos but unfortunately, I was too early and it was not open.
Never mind, I did manage to get 3 photos of Pattaya Bay as planned, by day, at night, and sunrise. Enjoy.

For the best views, if you want to take in the most famous, classic view of Pattaya, you should visit the Pattaya Viewing Point.
