Pattaya Needs Rain

It’s about this time of year (October) that water levels in Pattaya’s main reservoir ‘Mabprachan Lake’ are usually replenished. We are nearly half way through October already, and the water levels are looking ominously low (see photos below). Unless the October rains are abundant and persistent a drought looks pretty imminent.
