Learn to kite-board or windsurf in Pattaya, or rent equipment by the hour or by the day. There are two well-established windsurfing and kiteboarding centers in Pattaya, and they are both located on Na Jomtien Beach. They offer professional training packages and equipment hire, I couldn’t offer you an opinion on which is best, but they each have their own website, so I suggest you start there.

Beach hazards: Pattaya’s beaches are not known to be especially hazardous but do not ignore the warning flags if they are present, and be aware that rip tides can occur anywhere given suitable weather conditions.
