More than likely your circumstances changed, or “Disney land for grown ups” just got the better of you, maybe you got married and had children, or you lived life to the max in party town and blew all your money.
Pattaya just becomes tiresome to a great many people, they claim they can see through the false smiles, the daily charades and great facades. They proclaim “Pattaya is not real Thailand”, and off they go in search of a more normal existence, in a normal town, full of normal people.
