Ramayana Water Park Trip Report

We finally made it to Ramayana in late October 2016, just in time to take advantage of the promotional entry prices. We paid at the gate, no memberships or internet promotions. Our group of 5 consisted of 2 parents and children aged 15, 12, and 9 years old. Due to the height criteria all children over 122 centimeters tall are classed as adults, and so we paid for 5 adults. We did manage to get a discount due to having Thai sim cards, which brought our total entry price to around 4,100 baht.

The rides are very similar to those at Columia Pictures Aquaverse (formerly Cartoon Network Amazone), and from a distance the park appears very similar. Ramayana also has a kids zone, a wave pool, swimming pool, restaurant, and bar. The most noticeable difference is the size, Ramayana is much larger Columbia Pictures Aquaverse and has a much more spacious feel about it.

Ramayana Water Park vs Cartoon Network Amazone. Both the boys give the vote to Ramayana. I asked why, they both said the rides are better, but that’s just their opinion.
